We are looking for a new colleague to join our Development team as a Project Manager. You will work closely with our Senior Manager, supporting the full project lifecycle—from identifying plots to delivering completed assets. Your responsibilities will span site analysis and permitting, construction oversight, tenant handover, fit-out coordination, and capex management. You’ll also contribute to financial and markets dynamics analysis and outcome tracking together with the team. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to lead your own projects from A to Z!
What will be your role?
- Evaluating acquisition opportunities together with the team.
- Independent management of projects, including projects around Spain & Portugal.
- Conducting negotiations with all stakeholders (e.g. landowners, designers, technical supervisors, construction managers, government authorities, utility infrastructure managers, as well as top managers of our tenants).
- Providing and managing contractual documentation for the project.
- Preparing project financial budgets, cost control and cooperation with the finance department in securing bank financing.
- Regularly attending control days during construction.
- Analysing the projects based on data provided and market trends.
What experience and skills should you have?
- A university degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or Economics.
- Interest in logistics Real Estate sector and a basic understanding of it.
- English at an advanced level (C1) and fluent Spanish.
- Category B driving licence.
- Ability to work with MS Office tools (especially Excel) at an advanced level, knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Knowledge of spatial planning and construction law will be highly appreciated.
- Excellent analytical skills, a willingness to learn and a proactive approach.
