Could you be the full-time Learning Manager in Madrid we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive expertise in the innovative field of Learning and Development. You’ll report to the Country Talent Development Manager based in Madrid, and work alongside a collaborative and dedicated team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing our training initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with business needs. Day-to-day, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business, such as Marketing and Sales, to manage training requests and schedules, coordinate sessions with internal trainers, and more.
You’ll specifically handle the planning and execution of the training plan, while also conducting audits and reporting on KPIs. Additionally, you’ll focus on maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing any issues that arise during the training process.
We’ll look to you for:
- Managing training requests and schedules as per the business requirement.
- Planning and execution of strategic learning and preparation and updating of the training plan.
- Learning coordination: ensures professional delivery of training sessions by following internal processes, standards and tools appropriate for planning and deployment of the training sessions including: maintenance of the training process and employee training data using given systems, support for participants, trainers and Line & HR Managers along the process.
- Coordination along with central team with regards to trainings, certifications…
- Day-to-day responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction including immediate correction and follow-up on any detected or reported issues as described in the process.
- Identifying local supplier / internal trainers, scheduling dates, agreeing on content for some internal training.
- Carrying out audits & KPIs reporting.

- Minimum requirement is Bachelor’s Degree. Desirable University degree in human resources / business.
- Experience in a similar function.
- Essential: high command in English and Spanish.
