Your mission

As an ML/AI Engineer at Astrafy, you will work on various projects to help our customers build, deploy, and scale ML/AI models in production. You will collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to create tailored ML/AI solutions.

On The Business Side

• Engage with stakeholders to understand the business objectives and identify ML/AI opportunities.
• Analyze available data sources to assess feasibility and design model deployment strategies.
• Define and align project goals with measurable KPIs.
  
  

On The Technical Side

• Design and develop machine learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow and other frameworks.
• Implement MLOps practices to automate the training and deployment and monitoring of models using tools like Kubeflow
• Build scalable pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure that models are fully automated, from data preprocessing to production deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineers and other stakeholders to optimize model performance.
  
  

In addition to these responsibilities, Astrafy values knowledge sharing and thought leadership. We actively contribute to platforms like Medium and LinkedIn, publishing articles and sharing insights to grow our community and industry presence.

You will be encouraged to contribute by writing articles that enhance Astrafy’s impact and foster collaboration across the industry.

Your profile

• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, model development, and deployment
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices for automating the full model lifecycle
• Experience with Google Cloud, particularly Vertex AI and BigQuery
• Experience working on solutions using LLMs especially in Retrieval Augmented Generation
• Strong programming skills in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, model tuning, and performance optimization
• Attention to detail and quality with excellent problem-solving
• You have an analytics and solution-oriented mindset
• You work well in a team as well as independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (both with your colleagues as well as with external stakeholders)
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, dbt is a plus
• You must be eligible to work in Europe
