The Project!

We are looking for a Stock Control Coordinator to join our Operations Department.

What will the role entail?

• Stock budget, overstock forecasting and follow-up.
• Stock and Inventory optimization.
• KPIs Analysis and follow up.
• Markdowns / Off price budget & forecast.
• Purchases & sales reports and analysis.
• Inventory management (Reserves, and batch transfers request).
• Coordination with logistics department on returns stock availability and warehouse pick-up.
• Interdepartmental communication, (DTC, Logistics, CS, CC… )
• Ad-hoc request by the company.
• Make the company's stock profitable, through the analysis and management
• of stock and sales.
• Monitoring of sales operations.
• Stock management between the off-price channel and the outlets' own channel.
• Sales strategy proposals based on available stocks and potential customers.
• Monitoring of seasonal and off-price sales operations.
• Analysis of historical sales.
• Customer Sales Forecast.
• Develop and potential new technical to sales in digital (B2B).

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or similar
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• High level of Excel. SAP ERP it’s a must. SAP BO/ BEx Analyzer / Power BI will be valuable
• High level of English
