Is required:
High Experience in consulting, minimum 5 years of seniority service
Experience in international projects, working on all steps of the project life-cycle (requirements gathering, gap analysis, documentation, customizing, testing, key user training, data migration, cutover activities and GoLive support).
Experience in maintenance activities (incidents and changes).
Experience in working in a service driven, customer oriented environment based on ITIL processes, ISO 20K and 27K.
Experience solving issues and incidentes with HR-PA , HR OM and Integration between Succesfactor and SAP
Skills:
- Strong knowledge on Success Factors and integration with SAP HR
- Expert in SAP- HR (Personal Administration and Organizational Management)
- Knowledge in Spanish Payroll and Time Management is an advantage
- High English Level
- Strongly oriented to team working
- Customer focus
- Development knowlegde it is an advantage (ABAP)
