The Team:

Our team pioneers new Celonis use cases and creates the methods, tools, and assets that are used to explain to our customers the value of Celonis. We act as the glue between various teams, including Sales, Product, Services, Marketing, Ecosystem, and many more. We consider ourselves to be expert generalists, with both technical knowledge and business acumen, who enjoy pitching to executives as much as building automation workflows.

The Role:

In your capacity as Value Advisor, you are acting as a proactive thinker and problem solver who identifies next best actions and proactively suggests new approaches - such as Business Critical Motion, Discover+Build Methodology or AI tooling.

You are an important interface between different functions in our GTM organization including VE leaders & managers as well as with Product & Engineering in order to source best practices and identify gaps along our value journey to continuously improve our approach.

The work you’ll do:

• Develop new tools, methods, and frameworks that support Celonis’ core strategic objectives
• Analyzing key business metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing insights for leadership.
• Surface, formalize, and roll out pre-sales, value-selling and -realization best practices globally and help kick-start new sales regions and industry team.
• Conduct ROI analysis and develop business cases to quantify the potential benefits of implementing Celonis solutions
  
  

The qualifications you need:

• Student of business administration / communication science / psychology / economics / industrial engineering / business informatics or of a comparable program
• Strong communication skills and interest in interacting with customers
• Fluent in English (any additional language is a plus)
• Knowledge in SQL and Python or related database query languages
• Business and process acumen paired with financial literacy
• Preferred: First experience in strategy consulting, value engineering, investment banking, private equity, or enterprise sales
• Preferred: Experience managing and influencing executive stakeholders both internally and externally
• Availability from April, 2026 for a minimum of 5 months (full-time)
