This position will oversee corporate IT and digital projects across the Iberia region, ensuring alignment between local business requirements, global strategy, and technological innovation.

Your role@CHANEL:

Your role as Corporate Solutions Partner is to contribute to the overall performance of CHANEL Spain by leading the planning, implementation, and integration of digital and IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure excellence in project delivery and business continuity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project Planning & Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and adherence to milestones.
• Data Analysis & Microsoft Power Platform: Extract actionable insights from data using analytical techniques and tools within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate). Develop dashboards, reports, and automated processes to support data-driven decision-making.
• ERP – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Integration: Leverage Dynamics 365 to enhance business processes and ensure system integration across corporate domains. Translate business needs into effective technical solutions and maintain a deep understanding of the application landscape.
• Financial Knowledge: Apply financial expertise to manage project budgets, support accounting principles, and ensure accurate financial tracking. Collaborate with finance teams to embed financial discipline into project planning and reporting.
• Change Management: Lead strategies for user adoption and manage resistance to change. Provide training and ongoing support, acting as a subject matter expert to ensure successful implementation and process integration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors. Work closely with Global, Regional, and Local teams to ensure compliance with information security and business continuity standards.

• Project Management Expertise: Strong command of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for business process implementation.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial transactions, accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to transform insights into action.
• Change & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and change management capability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Innovation & AI Awareness: Interest and knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, with a curiosity to explore emerging technologies.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; French or Portuguese is a strong plus.
