We are looking for a VP of Portfolio Management to join our Madrid office. In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic and growing team, where your work will have a direct impact on the evolution of the real estate sector.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement key processes and procedures for the company.
• Collaborate on defining strategic plans and partnership agreements.
• Present and defend proposals to various stakeholders.
• Create financial models to manage the asset portfolio.
• Define KPIs, analyze results, and suggest improvements for decision-making.
• Coordinate the launch of new projects with different teams involved.
• Set priorities and allocate tasks within the team.
• Ensure the efficient execution of the department's strategy.
• Work cross-functionally across all levels of the organization to achieve objectives.

What we’re looking for

• Educational background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar fields.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and key financial metrics.
• Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and generate impact through collaboration.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
