About the role
We are looking for a Motion Designer who naturally speaks the language of Gen Z and understands what makes content resonate on social media. You have a strong creative eye, a clear visual voice, and your own creative criteria that go beyond trends.
You bring motion to life in a way that feels fresh and exciting, and you can also handle video editing when the story requires it. You thrive in a team that values creative pushback and polish. You know how to craft visuals that tell a story, elevate content, and engage audiences. You are more motion than video, but you have the skills to cut together video and understand the basics of filmmaking when needed.
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, design, and animate short-form vertical content for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts, banners and paid assets.
• Create adaptations of existing motion videos.
• Edit video when needed, selecting and organizing footage to craft engaging narratives with a clear point of view.
• Bring motion and animation to storytelling in a way that elevates each piece.
• Provide creative input and art direction to every project, not just execution.
• Collaborate with other creatives to push ideas and experiment with new formats.
Requirements
• +5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion work and social media formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of storytelling, editing flow, and visual rhythm.
• Strong visual taste, including typography, color, composition, and animation.
• Musical sensitivity to choose or suggest appropriate soundtracks.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple projects.
• Awareness of TikTok/IG trends and the ability to translate them into engaging content.
• Good understanding of client’s briefs.
• Eagerness to explore new tools, technologies, and creative workflows.

• You actively experiment with AI in your creative process.
• You bring strong visual references and inspiration to the team.
• You are a collaborative team player who communicates well and enjoys ideation sessions.
