Multinational Company based in Barcelona, reporting to International Travel Manager, is searching for a special project with an initial length of 3 months:

JUNIOR TRAVEL SPECIALIST

The purpose of this position is to support an internal initiative to manage various activities for our employees of our company (600 employees). Acting as a helpdesk and offering support and performing administrative and organisational tasks for internal customers (employees) in Europe ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, process effectiveness and cost savings.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Support the business and teams on issues related to booking flights, activities and hotels.
• Provide consistent information to employees on Travel, Expense and Events topics
• Travel to ensure events are running correctly
• Timely execute assigned tasks and issues in accordance with defined processes, schedules and service levels, in accordance with rates and work agreements.
• Troubleshooting

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Oral and written command of English and Spanish. German language will be valued
• 6 months of internship in travel management/flight reservations in a Agency
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Availability of 3 months: from May 2 to July 18, 2024
• Availability to travel (40%) regularly throughout Spain, if required.
