• FVC is a boutique real estate investment, advisory and financing brokerage platform focused on structuring and executing transactions across principally Europe.

• We work with capital stacks involving senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity and common equity — delivering institutional-grade analysis with entrepreneurial execution.

The new team member

• We are looking for an experienced, Iberia based part-time analyst to support our transaction pipeline and investor materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Excel models for real estate acquisitions, developments or refinancings.

• Structure and model capital stacks (senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, equity), IRR/MOIC analyses.

• Prepare client-facing pitch decks and memos.

What We’re Looking For - Must-Have:

• Excellent real estate Excel skills (model building) and PowerPoint pitch deck creation - ability to produce day 1.

• existing experience financing real estate.

• currently based in Iberia (not past or future location).

• Clear communication in English.

• Great attitude & ability to engage with team in person or remotely.

Role Details

• Location: Madrid (hybrid flexibility)

• Time Commitment: 10–15 hours/week

• Duration: 6+ months (renewable)

• Compensation: Competitive rate
