The Head of Partnerships is responsible for securing sponsorship revenue and
managing all partner relationships. This role is focused on driving the club’s B2B
commercial growth, from prospecting and pitching to delivery and renewal.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sponsorship sales pipeline: prospecting, outreach, meetings, proposals.
• Develop and deliver compelling partnership presentations and narratives.
• Manage partner accounts: onboarding, activation planning, delivery of rights.
• Coordinate partner visibility, content, and matchday assets with internal teams.
• Track contractual obligations and ensure full delivery of all partner benefits.
• Support budgeting and revenue forecasting for commercial activities.
• Represent the club in meetings with brands, agencies, and commercial
stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
• Significant experience in sponsorship sales or commercial partnerships.
• Strong communication, pitching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver against revenue targets.
• Creative and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan; additional languages valued
