Dear Member, For one of our key international Client, we have been exclusively mandated to recruit a permanent HR Hub Director – Southern Europe (M/W) based in Spain.

You will lead the HR teams and manage the social relations for selected Southern European countries, ensuring operational stability, sound social dialogue and alignment with the Group's long-term strategy.

The context includes post-transformation consolidation, with a strong focus on day-to-day HR management, employee relations and operational excellence.

To qualify for this opportunity, your experience must include 3 key assets : (1) based in Spain, (2) be fluent in both Spanish & English language, (3) expertise in Spanish labour with a proven track record in social relations management.

In coordination with external legal advisors

Your main priorities include

Ensure robust and compliant HR operations across Spain in line with Group standards

Lead and structure social dialogue with employee representative bodies

Oversee collective negotiations and sensitive social matters when required

Support business leaders on workforce planning and performance topics

Consolidate & adjust the hub HR organization to ensure long-term stability

Develop and lead the HR teams from the different countries
