Your Role
As a Marketing Intern, you will be a key support to the Iberia Marketing team, actively contributing to the creation and execution of brand plans across the Iberia market.
This is not a “watch-and-learn” internship. You will be hands-on, exposed to real business decisions, and involved end-to-end in brand activation, innovation, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the team in areas such as:
- Brand Experience & Media Activation
- Support the development and execution of ATL & BTL plans (media campaigns, influencers, partnerships, PR, events, sampling).
- Collaborate with local agencies to ensure strong local adaptation and flawless execution.
- Co-lead the social media strategy & planning
- Innovation & New Product Development (NPD)
- Contribute to the NPD pipeline by supporting project tracking, launch readiness, and cross-functional coordination.
- Help identify key consumer and marketing implications for new launches.
- Packaging & Brand Assets
- Support packaging development and local adaptation.
- Localize global and regional brand assets for Iberia across channels and touchpoints.
- Budget & Performance Tracking
- Assist in marketing budget tracking, purchase order creation and basic performance analysis to support decision-making.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree (or in the final stage of studies)
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong curiosity for brands, consumers, and marketing
- Analytical, structured, and execution-oriented
- Creative thinker with a growth mindset
- Proactive, resilient, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
