We are looking for a Chemical, Industrial, Biotechnology, or Materials Science Engineer ready to apply chemical, physical, and mathematical principles in groundbreaking R&D projects. If you have experience in the design, optimization, and scaling of industrial processes, and want to work at the forefront of engineering, we want to hear from you!
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design of pilot plants, defining objectives and scope.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate lab-scale processes into feasible pilot plant operations.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed process designs.
- Create detailed Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Select and size equipment for pilot plant setups, ensuring compatibility with chemical processes.
- Develop mass and energy balances.
- Perform engineering calculations to ensure the integrity and safety of the design.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering documentation, including design specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Present and defend your results within a multidisciplinary and international team.I

- Strong knowledge of applying chemical, physical, and mathematical principles to solve practical problems.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in interpreting complex data for actionable insights.
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary groups and juggle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills with the aptitude to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- High proficiency in English, covering comprehension, conversation, and writing.
