What you will do


  • Act as first line support and answer general day to day queries from line managers and employees, including employment law related issues.
  • Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries for the location/region; and responsibility for managing all country related HR administration.
  • Effective, accurate and timely filling of HR documentation/System Management.
  • Recognise and protect the security and confidentiality of all personnel matters dealt with by the HR team.
  • Assist with creating, maintaining and implementing new processes inside the area.
  • Assisting with disciplinaries, terminations and mediations.
  • Managing Probations periods and end of contracts in conjunction with Managers & Team Leads.
  • Providing assistance in the processes of absence, attendance and leave.
  • Undertake Inductions for all new starters to the business: end to end cycle support.
  • Maintain up to date key documentation and information for the countries involved
  • Controlling employment contracts for new joiners, amendments of contracts, and exit confirmations processing for leavers
  • Support on the onboarding process following up with the newcomers and hiring managers and being the point of contact for the new candidate on the first day.


Requirements


  • Previous HR experience within a similar role in Spain.
  • English and Spanish fluent – Italian or French are a plus
  • Knowledge of Spanish labour law, agreements and contracts. Any other market knowledge will be a nice-have.
  • Excellent organisational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HRIS
  • Excellent communication skills including listening, speaking and written
  • A proactive attitude.
  • Proven experience in an international HR environment
