We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Freelance Yoga and/or Pilates Teacher to join our team.

Your responsabilitiesInstruction:Lead engaging and unique yoga and/or Pilates classes for groups.Tailor sessions to accommodate various skill levels and preferences, incorporating a range of yoga disciplines and Pilates styles.Ensure a safe and supportive environment for participants to explore and grow in their practice.Members CareProvide excellent customer care to members, offering guidance and support before, during, and after classes.Cultivate strong relationships with members to enhance their studio experience and encourage ongoing participation.Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting studio space conducive to wellness and growth.Promotion and MarketingAssist in promoting yoga and/or Pilates classes through various channels to attract and retain members.Role's requirementsCertified yoga and/or Pilates instructor with a valid ROPEC registration.Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with members.

Catalan appreciated.Experience teaching a variety of yoga disciplines or Pilates styles; versatility is valued.Passion for health, wellness, and supporting others on their fitness journey.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.Job detailsSalary: a competitive compensation on a freelance basis, with rates determined by the number of sessions scheduled.Starting date: June 2024Our benefits for youInner Flow Studio will provide the freelance with the class schedule for the following month 15 days in advance.
