Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in Madrid or Seville and join our growing Water team to support Mott MacDonald Bentley's work with the @one Alliance and Anglian Water.

With a large ramp-up of work in front of us, we have a host of engineering projects which require our Delivery team to provide enthusiasm and innovation to deliver engineering excellence.

What will you be doing as our new Electrical Engineer?

As a talented and driven Electrical Engineer within our diverse and inclusive Engineering team, you'll provide Electrical Engineering technical input to projects in the Anglian Water region.

Key Responsibilities

Design and specify LV electrical installations and distribution systems

Design and specify LV assemblies (MCC, LV Switchboards and Control Panels)

Review LV electrical designs produced by framework contractors (i.e. electrical schematics, cable calculations and termination diagrams)

Specify and select required instrumentation based on the process design

A Little Bit About Your Skills, Experience And Behaviours

You'll have extensive experience in a project engineering environment and will hold a degree (or similar qualification) in a relevant Engineering discipline.

With a strong Electrical Engineering background ideally in the Water sector and a keenness to work in a multi-disciplined engineering team to solve complex problems.

There will also be a requirement to be able to attend client and site meetings in Peterborough, UK.

Educated to degree level in a Electrical Engineering related subject.

Experience of electrical engineering, ideally in the Water or Wastewater sector.

Member of a professional body.

Advanced level of English / ability to work in English.

Willing to travel to UK on a regular basis.
