Responsibilities
- Keep HR policies and documentation up to date and aligned with legal and corporate standards.
- Define and implement the local training plan (technical and soft skills) for employees and managers, including the management of government funding for training initiatives.
- Manage the legally required working time registration in compliance with Spanish regulations (all employee are required to register working time and this needs a tracking and follow up for the works council and the authorities).
- Maintain and develop the company’s Equality Plan, ensuring compliance: implement actions agreed and semestral follow up meetings on the progress.
- Provide support to the talent team by reviewing CV's and performing screening calls.
- Workers council: prepare monthly and quarterly information for the workers council, participate in monthly meetings.
- Provide support to managers and employees on local labor law matters.
- Coordinate closely with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Align with the talent team to ensure a correct onboarding process for new hires (trainings, documentations…)
- Perform exit interviews.
- Stay informed about European and local labor regulations and support their implementation in alignment with company policies.
- Manage benefit vendors, and support employees on benefits information.
- Work on local employees communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-18 months months of experience in HR or related roles.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is nice to have.
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
