Job Description

As a Community Recruitment Officer, you will ensure a strong alignment between client needs and available talents.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing & Recruitment

• Identify, engage, and qualify freelancers and consulting partners
• Conduct proactive sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn, CRM, communities)
• Assess skills and motivations to ensure strong project fit
  
  
  

Matching & Delivery

• Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs
• Propose the most relevant profiles
• Ensure quality and responsiveness in the matching process
  
  
  

Community Development

• Develop and animate a community of freelancers and partners
• Lead engagement initiatives (events, outreach, content)
• Maintain and enrich a structured CRM
  
  
  

Partnership Management

• Build and manage relationships with ESN and consulting firms
• Identify new partners to expand the ecosystem
  
  
  

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Track key KPIs (conversion rate, engagement, responsiveness)
• Contribute to improving processes and tools with internal teams
  
  
  

About You

• Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
• First experience in recruitment (internship/apprenticeship included), ideally in IT, Digital, or Consulting
• Fluent in French and comfortable in English
• Familiar with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and can build trust with various stakeholders.

You are willing to take ownership and contribute to building and structuring a growing activity.

This is not a classic recruitment role.
