We are looking for a Head of Finance to coordinate the handling of several complex administrative and finance processes with minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with Graduate from university or master’s in business school in relevant degrees with accounting certification.

Accountabilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting in compliance with Spanish GAAP and internal financial policies.
• Lead and coordinate the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities within the group.
• Apply IFRS standards in financial reporting, ensuring consistency and compliance with international accounting principles.
• Manage and optimize the use of ERP systems for efficient financial operations and reporting.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, collaborating with tax advisors when necessary.
• Oversee banking operations, including cash pooling, daily cash flow management, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain high standards of organization, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is properly archived.
• Communicate effectively in English in both written reports and verbal interactions with international stakeholders.

Key skills:

• Experience in auditing firm would be valued.
• Other languages such as French, Arabic, Russian.

• Experience in international branches management and consolidation.
