Descripción
Supply Chain Lead:
- Responsible for Service level (distribution to customer), DDF (Damage, Donate, Firesales or waste) level supporting mitigation plan together with the Hub SP and the business, Customers penalties negotiation, Product traceability, EDI.
- Supply Chain budget Control: Freight in, freight out and warehousing costs, as well as cost-to-serve.
- Analyze Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators: tracking and reporting to drive action plans with the right stakeholders for performance improvement.
- Building a trust & transparent relationship with Business partners.
- Leads and supervises 2 talented teams: Demand Planning and Logistics & Customer Service for the Iberia market
Demand Planning:
- Together with the Iberia Demand Planner, challenge Sales & Marketing plans & assumptions to enable excellence in execution, identify risks & opportunities and help business decision making.
- Supervise Iberia Monthly Demand Reviews as part of the S&OP process known as PEAK internally.
Logistics & Customer Service:
- Ensure 3PL animation.
- To do so, he will own HMM projects pipeline(productivity) to support profitable growth for Iberia and the FRIB cluster.
- Customer development, ensuring logistic execution.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Engineer Degree or similar.
- 7/10 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally with 2-3 years at Manager level.
- Leadership skills: Able to manage teams and organize priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
- Experience in Logistics or Customer Service management.
- Experience in Demand Planning is a plus, especially with Statistical Forecasting.
- Customer orientation.
- Experience working in a multinational company/ FMCG.
- Solid SAP, APO and BW knowledge.
