¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

• Further develop procurement culture in our company closely working with all areas (internal and group procurement) and developing necessary reporting and fup tools.
• Identify and drive process improvements in the way we manage our spend; think with the budget owners to drive cost-out.
• Deliver procurement budget and targets together with business owners.
• Identify suppliers of non-trade goods and services.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations,etc.
• Create purchase orders in accordance to supply requests.
• Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered.
• Work closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
• At least 3 years' experience in the area of Procurement
• Passionate about procurement, processes, people and performance - keen to drive further professionalization of the procurement function
• Solid experience in Buying activities
• Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of Spanish culture on its way of doing business/ negotiate
• Purchasing
• Vendor management
• Negotiation
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Experienced with KPIs follow-up and implementation (Power BI or other tool)
