What Youll Be Responsible For:

- Offering thoughtful and efficient assistance via phone and email
- Handling customer inquiries with precision and professionalism, following set procedures
- Taking ownership of each interaction until resolution
- Creating trust through clear, kind, and respectful communication
- Reaching and exceeding performance benchmarks and compliance standards
- Shaping memorable customer experiences from start to finish
- Collaborating with team leads and sharing insights to improve processes
- Full-time, on-site role at our Barcelona office
- Health coverage, including access to private medical services
- Attractive salary package complemented by performance-based bonuses
- Relocation support for your smooth transition to Spain
- Speak Danish fluently, and possess solid English (B2) communication skills
- Are comfortable troubleshooting connectivity and tech-related challenges
- Can guide customers through step-by-step processes with clarity
- Have strong interpersonal and analytical thinking abilities
- Hold EU citizenship or residence permit
