Job Description

Procurement is the strategic process of buying Products and Services for an organization. Procurement professionals communicate with vendors, collaborate with internal stakeholders, assess business needs and negotiate deals. Their value lies in cost savings, efficiency, and decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs.
  • Support the end-to-end purchase process including creating Purchase Requisitions.
  • Participate in negotiations and contract reviews.
  • Analyze procurement data and prepare reports.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • This is an on-site role in Madrid.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Information Technology (or related fields).
  • Recent Graduates: Must have just concluded their bachelor’s degree or be in the final year of their program.
  • Interest in Procurement: Eagerness to learn about procurement processes.
  • Positive Attitude: Having a positive, can-do attitude. Willingness to collaborate with team members and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excel Proficiency: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formulas, pivot tables).
  • Key Skills: Strong Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Adaptability, Learning and Analytical Skills.
