The position:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end innovation, export, and import agenda for the Snacks & Grains business, ensuring feasibility assessment, strong governance, and flawless execution of all projects. The role acts as the focal point for Supply Chain approvals, providing clear recommendations and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Additionally, it is responsible for minimizing obsoletes, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining clear and proactive communication with all cross‑functional teams, serving as a central reference for project visibility and execution within the SWE cluster.
The role will also support the mid and long term supply planning (SMR) ensuring robust plan by aligning capacity, scenarios, and strategic decisions across Supply Chain and Business Unit teams for Iberia Snacks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end innovation, export, and import agenda, ensuring feasibility assessment, governance, and on time execution across all projects
- Act as the focal point for Supply Chain approvals, providing clear recommendations on project feasibility, capacity, and risks to drive aligned decisions
- Manage obsolescence proactively, ensuring early visibility, accurate projections, and execution of mitigation actions to minimize waste
- Ensure strong cross functional communication, maintaining transparent updates on timelines, risks, and project status across all stakeholders
- Support mid and long term planning (SMR) by aligning capacity, scenarios, and assumptions for Iberia Snacks
- Drive data accuracy, system readiness, and continuous process improvements, strengthening execution quality and cross functional ways of working.
- Foundational understanding of Supply Chain or Planning processes, with interest in developing expertise in feasibility assessment, capacity constraints, and project coordination.
- Ability to manage and coordinate cross functional projects, preferably in a fast paced or FMCG environment, with a focus on delivering work on time and with quality.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data, identify risks, and propose clear, structured actions.
- Comfort working with systems and data, with willingness to learn tools such as SAP, JDA/O9, and code/BOM setup processes.
- Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with multiple teams, build relationships, and present information clearly to different stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and relationship‑building — able to work effectively with diverse cross‑functional partners, build trust quickly, and maintain smooth communication across teams.
