At Qaracter, we don’t just fill roles — we build careers. We’re currently looking for a Business Analyst with experience in financial/banking projects to join an international team working on a high-impact platform based in Warsaw, Poland.

💼 What we’re looking for:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders on financial instruments.
• Communicate effectively with users, sponsors, project teams, and developers.
• Refine epics and user stories together with the team.
• Ensure business needs and requirements are fully met.
• Write documentation, deliver presentations, and support feature adoption.
• Operate in an Agile environment, helping shape priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Translate the product roadmap into actionable items: user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder input.
• Actively support both the team and the product’s success.

🔍 Requirements:

• English level C1 or higher.
• Strong team spirit, curiosity, and motivation to work on international projects.
• Experience in banking or financial services environments.

Nice to have:

• Spanish language skills are a plus
