We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Online Service Booking transformation program. This initiative involves a significant back-end rewrite and a redesign of the back-office front-end interface, which serves our Countries and Dealers. While the customer-facing front-end will remain unchanged for now, ensuring its seamless integration with the new systems is critical.

This role is ideal for a Business Analyst with both technical insight and strong business acumen—someone who can align system architecture with real-world business needs, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and guide the product evolution beyond technical delivery.

• Able to lead discussions with technical teams, evaluate solution trade-offs, and understand back-end system behaviors.
• Confident in working across functions, especially with Product Owners, Developers, and UX/UI teams.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and managing evolving requirements across project phases.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.

Nice to Have:
• Background in software engineering or technical architecture.
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Prior experience in online booking platforms, after-sales services, or dealer network solutions.
• Experience with API gateways like Kong is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles for back-office or enterprise tools.
• Exposure to complex, multi-country rollout projects.
