In this role, you’ll bridge solution design, presales excellence, and structured service delivery, helping transition the company from project-based execution to value-driven, industrialized models.

📐 Solution Strategy

• Define and evolve the company's technical and sector-specific solution portfolio
• Standardize methodologies, best practices, and reusable consulting assets
• Lead internal innovation initiatives and communities of practice

📊 Presales Structuring

• Oversee proposal development, from technical bids to pricing models
• Align solution architecture and effort estimation with Sales & Partners
• Strengthen the competitiveness, clarity, and profitability of commercial offers

🏗️ Scalable Service Delivery

• Design and oversee delivery models: Managed Services, turnkey, BOT...
• Implement frameworks and tools to ensure excellence, repeatability, and margin control
• Drive governance across delivery units to ensure client satisfaction and business consistency

🎯 Core Objectives

• Create a seamless flow from solution design → proposal structuring → execution
• Support the shift from Time & Materials to scalable, value-based services
• Enable cross-functional collaboration between technical, sales, and delivery teams
• Increase operational efficiency, standardization, and service profitability

• Solid background in IT consulting, with international and cross-sector experience
• Strong track record in solution design, presales structuring, and delivery governance
• Experience designing or transforming service models, not just managing projects
• Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach and strong leadership capabilities
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (client-facing)
