About the role:
Are you excited about sales, AI, and building scalable growth systems?
We’re looking for a GTM Intern to help us rethink outbound prospecting using AI agents, automation, and market intelligence.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and play a key role in building and scaling our go-to-market engine.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads using modern sales intelligence tools
- Use AI agents to automate and personalize outbound campaigns
- Design and execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with the CEO on GTM strategy, monetization, and growth experiments
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics across the funnel
- Continuously improve processes using data and automation
What we’re looking for:
- Strong interest in B2B sales, growth, or startups
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and how they transform go-to-market
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Claude is a plus
- Proactive, hands-on mindset—you get things done
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation:
- First 3 months: unpaid internship
- Next 3 months: paid (salary + performance bonus depending on profile)
Location:
Hybrid role: 2–3 days/week in Lanzadera (Valencia)
