At Triangle Talent, a consulting firm specialized in Human Resources, we are currently looking for a Procurement Manager – Subcontracts for one of our clients in the industrial and renewable energy sector.


Mission:

Identify, negotiate, contract, and manage subcontractors, following the guidelines established by the Procurement Department, project needs, and internal procedures. The goal is to ensure smooth daily operations while reducing costs and improving service quality.


Key responsibilities:

  • Negotiate costs, volumes, and timelines with suppliers, aiming to improve margins, delivery times, and quality across different projects.
  • Execute and oversee the purchasing plans for ongoing projects, ensuring all procurement activities comply with required specifications and contracted terms.
  • Ensure the supply of civil works materials (earthworks, concrete, steel, aggregates, structures, etc.) for assigned projects.
  • Provide the Technical Office with competitive costs to support client offers and bids.
  • Plan and monitor project-specific procurement activities.
  • Develop and implement global procurement and negotiation strategies for civil works/subcontracting services, aiming to reduce costs while ensuring supply capability and quality.
  • Analyze subcontractor competitiveness and manage supplier evaluation processes.


Requirements:

  • Education: degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Languages: fluent in English, (C1 level).
  • Knowledge about legal and financial aspects of procurement, including contract law, incoterms, and cost structures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Strong understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain operations.
  • Skilled in commercial techniques, procurement, and supply management.


Conditions:

  • Permanent, full-time contract.
  • Flexible start and end times; shortened workday on Fridays and during summer.
  • 22 vacation days + 6 additional personal days per year.
  • Salary: confidential – based on experience and qualifications.
