We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Tech South Quality team in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity to have a direct impact on our business and contribute to our growth in the technology sector.
What will be your challenges?
This role aims to strengthen cross-team collaboration by compiling and providing a unified Quality perspective, enabling consistent planning, governance, and decision-making across the department. As part of the Tech South Quality team, you will become part of a team of problem solvers, helping to connect the complexity of the business strategy with the project execution while monitoring field impact. You will act as cross-enablement layer connecting the dots across the multiple QA verticals (i.e., new projects, portfolio, installations quality, and data science) by ensuring governance and narrative for planning, reporting, and project leadership.

- Support a consistent demand intake mechanism across countries and internal technical teams (i.e., IT and R&D), ensuring needs are structured and routed by facilitating prioritization conversations and framing trade-offs, risks and impacts.
- Lead and manage strategic or special projects by consolidating, using and publishing inputs from different functions.
- Set and manage strategic roadmaps and oversee rigorous project execution to ensure delivery according to business goals. Manage projects ensuring proper alignment and approvals are obtained from Business, Legal, Data privacy, and Infosec.
- Oversee execution to deliver a cross-QA program view, evolving ways of working to foster collaboration across areas to support follow-up of objectives and action plans.
- Prepare, structure and run governance forums (e.g., quality committees, business/ tech follow ups) ensuring agendas, decisions, and action tracking.
- Lead regular preparation of executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting to top management teams.
- Coordinate a single view of performance/ KPIs by ensuring consistency, inputs, and reporting routing across the verticals.
- Lead anD enable WoW initiatives across the department to improve efficiency, consistency, and collaboration (templates, rituals, playbooks)
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional growth within the team.
- Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement, challenging the status quo and championing best practices in portfolio management, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Establish, maintain, and nurture relationships with strategic business partners, as well as other key stakeholders across the organization.
Location:
Permanent hire will be based in Madrid.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or another technical-related field (MiM or advanced degree is a plus).
- At least 4 years in a high-performance environment with a strategic role: program management, strategy/ ops consulting, PMO business operations, or similar cross-functional roles. Experience in a strategy consulting firm (such as BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, …) is a plus.
- Strong execution and project/ program management capabilities: planning, tracking, risk/dependency management, governance. Proven track record on PMO functions and delivering cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to move from analysis to practical execution and measurable impact.
- High attention to detail and rigor in delivery.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and adapting to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience building relationships across functions and geographies.
- International mindset and willingness to work on projects with global scope and multicultural teams.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with KPI frameworks, operational planning, and governance forums.
- SQL and/ or BI tolls and experience working with data teams
