You’ll coordinate with crew control, service providers, and other departments to solve challenges on the spot and keep everything running smoothly. • You’ll collaborate with hotels, transport providers, and other partners to arrange travel and accommodation for crew members, making sure every detail is covered.
• You’ll work side by side with the crew control team, ensuring seamless coordination of positioning, schedules, and last-minute changes.
• You’ll keep daily accommodation and positioning records up to date, tracking crew movements and adjusting plans as needed.
• You’ll modify travel and lodging arrangements in real time, adapting quickly to disruptions and operational changes.
• You’ll ensure all crew travel complies with Flight Time Limitations (FTLs), safeguarding both safety and regulations.
• You’ll serve as a point of contact for crew members, assisting with questions, updates, and last-minute needs, always with a problem-solving mindset.
