- Gestión de la contratación de trabajadores de la estructura de la empresa y contratos en prácticas (en coordinación con los recursos legales y profesionales externos)-
- Supervisión del sistema digital de registro horario, vacaciones permisos y bajas, y absentismo.
- Gestión de la temporalidad y seguimiento de los trabajadores fijos discontinuos de la empresa · Intermediación en las relaciones laborales y como enlace con los sindicatos de trabajadores.
- Supervisión de todas las iniciativas, sistemas y tácticas en materia de RRHH de la empresa (en coordinación con la matriz/grupo).
- Coordinación con el dpto. legal y los recursos legales y profesionales externos para asegurar la adecuación de todas las políticas de empleo a las leyes y regulaciones vigentes.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Grado en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Derecho o un campo relacionado; se valorará estar en posesión de un máster en Recursos Humanos.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en un puesto de supervisión de Recursos Humanos, preferiblemente en una compañía o grupo audiovisual.
- Conocimiento y comprensión integral de las leyes laborales y convenios colectivos del sector.
- Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación interpersonal y desarrollo de relaciones.
- Nivel de inglés no necesario.

For one of our key international Client, we have an express & exclusive mandate for an Interim HR Director & Social Relation based in Spain.
You will implement a sensitive business & social transformation, develop the social relationship and ensure the HR business continuity.
This interim position is based in Madrid and will include various southern European countries.
To qualify for this opportunity, your experience must include 3 key assets : (1) based in Spain, (2) be fluent in both Spanish & English language, (3) expertise in Spanish labour law with a proven track record in social relations management and restructuring contexts.

Direct report at HR Group level
Matrix organization, functional relation with Operational & support teams
In coordination with external legal advisors
Your main priorities include
Implement the social transformation in close coordination with the Group, within the Spanish labor laws and HR legal processes
Ensure the HR business à usual continuity by directly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase
Deploy the new organization , to align both the country and the other European countries to the new business strategy
Interim Management mission : based Madrid
- Business mobility: within key cities in Spain
- Mission length: 6 months, extensible upon the situation
