¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?
- Modelado BIM con Autodesk Revit (MEP), centrado en instalaciones interiores.
- Modelado de sistemas de climatización industrial, salas blancas, conductos, equipos, cableado, tuberías y maquinaria dentro de naves industriales.
- Desarrollo de la modelación según criterios de obra, detectando y reportando interferencias y colisiones entre sistemas (clash detection).
- Coordinación de modelos de instalaciones con el equipo de ingeniería y obra.
- Generación de documentación técnica asociada a los modelos BIM: planos, secciones, esquemas, listados y BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Proporcionar soporte técnico a ingeniería interna y a obra, reduciendo errores de ejecución.
- Trabajo coordinado con otros perfiles BIM, centrado exclusivamente en instalaciones.
Para ello, ¿qué vas a necesitar?
- Formación en BIM (módulo, grado, posgrado o formación específica equivalente).
- Experiencia mínima de más de 6 meses trabajando con BIM de instalaciones interiores.
- Español fluido y catalán valorable.
- Experiencia con Autodesk Revit BIM (MEP).
- Licencia de conducir y movilidad propia.
