Como Project Manager serás la figura clave para coordinar, organizar y hacer avanzar proyectos digitales de alto impacto. Trabajarás junto a equipos multidisciplinares (CRO, diseño, analítica, desarrollo, producto…) y con clientes líderes del sector, asegurando una ejecución impecable y una comunicación clara, fluida y honesta.

Tendrás un papel especialmente relevante en proyectos donde la experiencia de usuario es fundamental, por lo que es importante que cuentes con una base sólida en proyectos UX y seas capaz de comprender dinámicas, procesos y entregables propios del diseño centrado en el usuario.

El perfil que estamos buscando tendrá que llevar a cabo las siguientes tareas:

• Planificar, coordinar y supervisar proyectos digitales end-to-end, asegurando su ejecución en tiempo, forma y calidad.
• Alinear expectativas, objetivos y prioridades con clientes y stakeholders internos.
• Facilitar la comunicación entre equipos multidisciplinares, asegurando un flujo de trabajo eficiente y colaborativo.
• Acompañar de forma activa proyectos con enfoque UX, entendiendo procesos, fases y necesidades específicas del diseño y la investigación.
• Anticipar riesgos, resolver bloqueos y liderar la toma de decisiones tácticas y operativas.
• Preparar documentación, reportes y presentaciones de seguimiento.
• Impulsar la mejora continua, proponiendo acciones que optimicen procesos y delivery.

Requisitos:

Funciones principales:

Estrategia y visión de producto

• Participar en la definición del roadmap del producto eCommerce alineado con la estrategia global de la compañía en cada mercado.

Gestión de la plataforma ecommerce

• Definición de necesidades, redacción de requisitos, desarrollo, validación y test de funcionalidades y mejoras asegurando la correcta implementación de nuevas funcionalidades y la mejora continua de la plataforma eCommerce.
• Analizar métricas clave del canal online (conversión, funnel, ventas, comportamiento de usuario, A/B Test).
• Proponer acciones de optimización orientadas a mejorar la experiencia de compra y el rendimiento del negocio.
• Realizar seguimiento de resultados y medir el impacto de las iniciativas implementadas.

Coordinación internacional y trabajo transversal

• Gestión de P&L de los mercados internacionales.
• Colaborar de forma transversal con equipos de tecnología, UX/UI, marketing, operaciones, logística, y negocio.
• Coordinarse con equipos internacionales para asegurar una experiencia de producto coherente en los distintos mercados y en tiendas internacionales.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Ecommerce mánager, Product Manager o en roles similares, preferiblemente en entornos eCommerce o retail.
• Experiencia en la gestión de productos digitales y plataformas de venta online.
• Nivel alto de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
• Capacidad analítica y experiencia trabajando con KPIs y herramientas de análisis.

Responsibilities

- Work together in a cross-functional team using agile methodologies as part of a DevOps-centric model

Requirements

- Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in backend software engineering, particularly with .NET Core and Entity Framework
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres), and service-oriented architectures. Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka and Avro
- Technical stack: .NET Core and Framework, Entity Framework, Service-oriented architecture, RESTful services, SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres), Angular, React, both JavaScript and Typescript; Kubernetes (PKS) and Virtual Machines; Streaming using Kafka, Avro; Open API, UML
- Familiarity with TDD, BDD, and comprehensive automated testing
- Knowledge and practical experience with DevOps principles, including CI/CD and Kubernetes

Tu Misión 🎯
Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones nativas de alta calidad para las plataformas Android e iOS.

Requisitos Técnicos 🛠️
Experiencia: Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia demostrable en desarrollo nativo.

Para perfiles Android: Dominio experto de Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose y patrones de diseño (MVVM, Clean Architecture).

Para perfiles iOS: Dominio experto de Swift, Xcode, SwiftUI y manejo de dependencias (CocoaPods/SPM).

Herramientas: Experiencia con Git, CI/CD pipelines y consumo de APIs RESTful.
