Sales Intelligence Data Specialist
Sales Acceleration
Ebury Madrid Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week
Do you speak both "Sales" and "SQL"? At Ebury, we believe that data is only as valuable as the context it provides to our team on the front lines. We are looking for a Sales Intelligence Engineer to serve as the critical technical link between our commercial Sales Intelligence visionaries and our Python-focused Data Engineering team. You won't just be building pipelines; you will be the architect of "Total Field Awareness," ensuring that every sales outreach is backed by high-definition intelligence. You will translate complex sales logic into robust data models using BigQuery and dbt, transforming raw data from multiple sources into a unified, actionable view of the market. Your work will directly power our Salesforce ecosystem and our proprietary Internal AI Co-pilot, providing the intelligence that helps our sales floor win.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the "Translator" who maps commercial sales logic into technical data requirements for the engineering team.
- Use BigQuery and dbt to build models that aggregate internal data and external API sources into a unified view of the market.
- Integrate diverse third-party databases to provide deep context (financials, contacts, technographics) on every prospect.
- Ensure all modeled data is perfectly structured to feed our internal AI Co-pilot and Salesforce UI, providing the ''Last Mile'' of intelligence to the sales floor.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt and BigQuery are essential. Familiarity with Python-based data environments is a major plus.
- You understand how businesses operate and can identify which data points actually move the needle for a salesperson.
- You have the rare ability to explain technical constraints to a Sales Director and commercial goals to a Data Engineer.
- You don't just move data; you solve the puzzle of how to make that data useful in a high-stakes commercial environment.
- Competitive Starting Salary that truly rewards your performance from day one.
- Dedicated Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced managers who are invested in your success.
- Cutting-Edge Technology: Leverage state-of-the-art tailor made tools and systems that enable you to perform at your best.
- Clear, Accelerated Career Progression: Defined pathways to leadership and specialist roles within Ebury.
- Dynamic & Supportive Culture: Work in a collaborative environment where teamwork and personal growth are prioritized.
- Generous Benefits Package: Access competitive benefits tailored to your location, which typically include health care and social benefits.
