Outbound Sales Development Representative

€35,000 – €38,000 Base + OTE (Total Approx €50,000 – €55,000 inc OTE)
Our client is a fast-growing, comprehensive HR software provider established in 2016. The company specialises in automating HR processes, centralising employee data, and enabling organisations to make more informed business decisions. Serving thousands of customers across more than 60 countries and various industries, the business has developed a highly diverse and multicultural team of over 1,200 professionals, with offices located in Barcelona, Brazil, Mexico, and the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and strategize top leads with Account Executives to maintain quality throughout the sales cycle.
- Engage B2B prospects by cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and creative channels; use campaigns, e-marketing, and networking.
- Connect with C-level executives to assess their needs and show our business value.
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives to sustain progress.
- Lead research, analyse prospects, spot key signals, and deliver mini-demos if ready.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Product teams.
- Develop expertise in SaaS and digital sales using a consultative approach.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English required.
