This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and sustainability through cutting-edge digital products, focusing on AI, Generative AI, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Accountabilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business and IT leaders, identifying digital opportunities that support operational and sustainability goals.
- Lead the development and delivery of innovative Industry 4.0 digital solutions, with a focus on AI, GenAI, data, and automation.
- Lead all aspects of product delivery in core operational areas such as manufacturing, quality, and sustainability.
- Support senior IT Product Managers in executing digital transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps, manage priorities, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Drive a culture of innovation by nurturing emerging technologies and agile, value-driven delivery models.
- Ensure digital products are user-centric, outcome-oriented, and scalable across the enterprise.
- Promote collaboration across platforms and teams to ensure integration and sustainability of solutions.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or in a similar role focused on digital transformation within operations.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, including AI, GenAI, and automation in manufacturing or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple digital products or workstreams.
- Skilled in engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels across business and IT.
- Experience delivering impactful digital solutions in complex, global environments.
