As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Your role will involve developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and efficient software architectures using Java and JavaScript. Essential Requirements

• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript, including frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, React, and Angular.
• Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in Java-based frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excelent level in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on Java and JavaScript.
