Role Overview
We鈥檙e looking for a Head of Brand to scale the personal and corporate brand of ColdIQ across multiple channels. From LinkedIn and X to YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, you鈥檒l own the strategy and execution of content that builds reach, trust, and inbound demand.
You鈥檒l work closely with the CEO (who already posts daily on LinkedIn) to amplify his voice, expand distribution, and develop a cohesive brand presence across text, video, and social storytelling.
This is a high-visibility role with creative and strategic ownership鈥攜ou鈥檒l help shape how thousands of founders, sales leaders, and marketers experience ColdIQ every week.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a cross-platform brand strategy (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- Manage the CEO鈥檚 personal brand: ghostwriting, content planning, and channel operations.
- Repurpose long-form ideas (articles, YouTube, podcasts) into short-form content across social.
- Collaborate with design, motion, and video creators to ship scroll-stopping assets daily/weekly.
- Track analytics and growth KPIs across platforms; run structured experiments to improve reach and engagement.
- Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and narrative across all channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multi-channel content for a founder, creator, or brand.
- Strong editorial and creative judgment: can ghostwrite posts, scripts, and captions across platforms.
- Deep understanding of social algorithms and formats (hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs).
- Comfortable briefing and coordinating with creative teams (design, video, motion).
- Organized, consistent, and able to run high-volume content pipelines.
Bonus Points
- Experience in B2B SaaS, sales, or AI/tech storytelling.
- Ability to appear on camera or direct shoots when needed.
- Familiarity with YouTube growth strategies (titles, thumbnails, retention).
- Background in analytics or performance marketing.
