Now we're looking for a Fashion Talent Acquisition Junior in Barcelona (Hybrid) to bring fresh energy, sharp instincts, and a passion for people into our dynamic recruitment team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll help us find the next generation of style-savvy, brand-building game-changers.

You will:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (interviews, assessments, onboarding)

- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication with project managers

- Prepare and share candidate summaries with hiring stakeholders

- Guide candidates through feedback, offers, and onboarding

- Ensure a seamless new hire experience, from documents to first-day readiness

- Maintain and update candidate data in HR systems

What We're Looking For

You're the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You're curious, organized, and genuinely excited to connect great talent with exciting opportunities.

Here's what will help you shine:

- Fluent or bilingual in English and proficient in Spanish another language is a Plus!

- Strong MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Previous experience in HR or recruitment - especially in a multinational or fashion-related setting - is a plus but not needed!

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines with a smile

- Love for fashion!

What You'll Get

- Permanent full-time contract (39 hrs/week, Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00)

- Competitive salary: 19k to 21k Euros gross/year (OTE)

- Hybrid work model: 2 days in our vibrant Barcelona office, 3 days remote
