About the Opportunity
A founder-led talent solutions firm working with high-growth companies across global markets is entering a new phase of growth and is building a long-term, relationship-led growth function to underpin its continued expansion.
The business is now recruiting a Global Director of Brand, Community & Growth to establish and lead this capability.
This is a senior, market-facing leadership role focused on shaping how the firm is positioned and understood in the market, building senior-level communities, and developing a repeatable inbound and relationship engine.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
It is a strategic growth and positioning role working closely with the founder and advisory group.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead global brand positioning, narrative, and market presence
- Shape website messaging, structure, and content foundations to clearly reflect the firm’s proposition
- Set editorial direction for thought leadership and content across channels
- Build and steward senior-level audiences, including founders, operators, and talent leaders
- Develop small, relevant communities aligned to core markets
- Design and run high-quality events, roundtables, and initiatives as relationship and demand levers
- Introduce and warm new client relationships through brand, content, and direct engagement
- Partner closely with the founder and advisory group on narrative, positioning, and strategic direction
- Work alongside the delivery team, who remain responsible for sales, placements, and execution
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience building brand, community, or relationship-led growth functions
- Credibility with founders, operators, and senior leaders
- Strong strategic thinking around positioning, narrative, and market perception
- Experience shaping content, thought leadership, and senior-level communities
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of how brand and relationships drive revenue
- Comfortable operating in a founder-led, early-stage, high-trust environment
- Autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience in executive search, professional services, B2B advisory, or similar environments is advantageous
