WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Preparation of daily and monthly bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
• Monthly closings according to procedures and times agreed upon by the company.
• Daily control of the cash position: Control of account balances for each of the divisions. Download and review balance reports.
• Treasury operations: execution of bank transfers and cash improvements to ensure the availability of funds for daily operations.
• Prepare cash flow forecast reports: Hedging, term deposits.
• Supervise the movements of bank accounts and daily management with financial institutions.
• HR payment control and tax payment
• Maintenance in SAP Fiori (S4/HANA) of master data, bank account management, EBS control, creation of bank key, maintenance of TAG 25 (MT940), configuration of posting rules.
• Participate in migration and implementation projects.
• Review and document processes, including necessary controls. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant university degree and knowledge in accounting and treasury.
• Proven experience of 3 years in a similar position.
• High Excel level and ideally Power BI.
• Proven experience working with S4 HANA ERP.
• Knowledge of ISO standards: ISO20022.
• Preferably you are an expert in automation and technology.
• English level C1.
• Experience in multinational or large companies.
• Experience in shared service centers is highly valued.
