A Time Out Barcelona som un equip inquiet, creatiu i molt connectat amb el pols urbà. Treballem amb marques, institucions i agents locals per crear projectes rellevants, amb personalitat i impacte real.
Ara busquem una persona Project Manager/creative solutions per sumar-se a l’equip. Algú que sàpiga portar projectes de cap a peus, però que també gaudeixi imaginant idees, fent pitches i venent propostes creatives. La missió
Gestionar projectes molt diversos, des de la idea inicial fins a l’execució final. Seràs una peça clau entre equips (comercial, editorial i màrqueting) i treballaràs tant en campanyes per a marques com en esdeveniments i projectes propis de Time Out.
En temporada alta, el focus serà més producció i execució. En temporada baixa, més creativitat, pitches i propostes comercials. El mix ideal, vaja.
Què faràs
- Planificar, coordinar i executar projectes de branding, campanyes per a marques i esdeveniments Time Out a Barcelona. Liderar la producció de projectes: timings, pressupostos, proveïdors i equips interns.
- Participar en la conceptualització de propostes creatives per a marques i partners.
- Crear i presentar pitches i presentacions atractives, amb storytelling i sentit comercial.
- Treballar colze a colze amb l’equip comercial per donar forma a idees que es puguin vendre (i executar bé).
- Detectar oportunitats creatives a la ciutat i activar col·laboracions amb espais, negocis, creadors i agents locals.
- Persona amb mínim 4 anys d’experiència en gestió de projectes i amb experiència en producció d’esdeveniments.
- Experiència pensant solucions creatives per marques, fent presentacions o propostes o similar.
- Perfil organitzat, resolutiu i proactiu, i també creatiu, inquiet i amb idees pròpies. Busquem algú amb molta gana i garra!
- Capacitat per liderar projectes, fer-se’ls seus i treballar amb deadlines i pressió quan toca.
- Algú proactiu, positiu, social i amb ganes de fer equip.
- Comoditat fent presentacions, pitches i reunions amb clients.
- Interès real pel món cultural, la ciutat, les marques i la creativitat urbana.
- Coneixements de màrqueting, comunicació i KPIs seran un plus.
