✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Project Management or a related discipline (ongoing).
• Basic understanding of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Trello.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, CAPM, or Agile Fundamentals (in progress or obtained).

👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈

• Support Senior Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
• Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, RAID logs, status reports) in tools like Confluence, Jira, or Excel.
• Update dashboards and generate project reports for stakeholders and PMO oversight.
• Identify, log, and monitor risks, issues, and change requests, supporting mitigation efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Business Analysts, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Contribute to process improvement by standardizing templates and participating in retrospectives.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and ensuring smooth knowledge transfer.
