Adtraction Labs is growing, and we’re looking for a Frontend Developer with a strong eye for design and user experience to help shape and evolve our public-facing websites and marketing experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares deeply about how things look, feel, and perform.

About The Role

Your main focus will be on frontend development, translating design ideas and Figma files into high-quality, performant, and accessible user interfaces - while also contributing design feedback and UI/UX improvements when appropriate.

You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of your work: develop, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve.

As part of the Adtraction Labs team, you’ll help build, improve, and maintain Adtraction’s public websites and marketing properties. Your work will directly impact how our brand is experienced by partners, advertisers, and creators across Europe.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain Adtraction’s public website and marketing-related web properties.
• Build high-performance landing pages, microsites, and campaign-specific pages
• Integrate frontend components with our CMS (Umbraco).
• Introduce and maintain modern frontend frameworks when needed (Next.js, Astro)
• Collaborate with the marketing team and designers, and occasionally produce light design work or interactive prototypes yourself.
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong experience in frontend development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong proficiency with React and modern component-based architecture.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks: ReactJS, Next.js, or Astro.
• Strong CSS skills and experience with utility frameworks like Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
• Strong ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
• Ability to accurately translate Figma designs into responsive, production-ready code.
• Good understanding of Web Performance (Core Web Vitals), SEO best practices, and Accessibility.
• Experience working with CMS-driven websites, ideally Umbraco
• Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Comfortable working with Git, modern build tools, and CI/CD workflows
• Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
  
  

Your profile might be extra interesting if you have:

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Experience building/maintaining Design Systems or Component Libraries
• Familiarity with Razor / C# templating (Umbraco)
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, spacing, and layout systems
• Ability to propose design improvements and UI optimizations
• Experience building landing pages, marketing websites, or design systems
• Familiarity with animation libraries or micro-interactions
