We are seeking a motivated and reliable IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or junior IT professional who already has experience in company’s day-to-day IT operations.

The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, maintaining IT systems and equipment, and assisting with the smooth operation of the company’s technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure systems are secure, efficient, and reliable.

Education & Background

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Relevant internships, trainee roles, or practical lab experience are a plus
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and basic Windows Server concepts
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
• Basic troubleshooting of software and hardware issues
• Familiarity with antivirus, endpoint security, and backup concepts
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user accounts, passwords, permissions) is an advantage
• Exposure to remote support tools is a plus
