Misión

Conocer 3 áreas diferentes de la empresa, con el objetivo de tener una visión más amplia:

• Demand Planning: para que conozca las necesidades de Demanda.
• Planificación Op. Pham: una vez haya tenido la visión de demanda, pueda conocer cómo se realiza la planificación interna.
• ESO: para que pueda finalmente tener una visión de nuestras CMOs.
  
  

Funciones y responsabilidades:

• Proceso IBP (Integrated Busines Planning)
• Análisis de KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, Service Level, OTIF,...)
• Análisis de previsiones (uso de la herramienta Futurmaster)
• Anticipación a posibles problemas de stock por cambios de demanda y búsqueda de soluciones para minimizar el impacto
• Introducción a sistemas de gestión de la información (Power BI, SAP, Ortsoft, Futurmaster...)
• Seguimiento y gestión de los planes de suministro tanto de las filiales como de partners
• Gestión del reaprovisionamiento de producto terminado proveniente de las plantas internas como externas.
• Seguimiento de reclamaciones en el servicio de aprovisionamiento
• Gestión de las comunicación con los proveedores (internos y externos) identificando las primeras entregas (lote, fecha y cantidad) que deben incorporar los cambios sobre el producto acabado.
• Optimización de obsoletos de producto terminado y de material de empaque
• Cómo realizar análisis de capacidad
• Introducción al funcionamiento de una planta de fabricación de productos farmacéuticos
