We own and manage operating facilities throughout the North America, South America and EMEA regions.

We are currently seeking for a Junior Compliance Analyst based in Madrid to work with and strengthen our Compliance team.

Responsibilities

• Researching industry compliance regulations and policies.
• Evaluating internal operational and procedural compliance.
• Identifies, develops, and assists with the management and control of compliance risks
• Analyzing and updating existing compliance policies and related documentation.
• Communicating compliance policies and guidelines to Compliance Committee and designated departments.
• Developing and executing new compliance policies and procedures as required.
• Applying for compliance certification and regulatory approval.
• Developing and maintaining a compliance recordkeeping system.
• Training employees on industry compliance requirements.
• Maintaining communication with compliance regulators and following up on applications.
• Keeping up with compliance requirements and amendments to regulations
• Manages the daily responsibilities adherent to this position

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Risk Management, Law, or Audit.
• Compliance master’s degree is desirable.
• Excellent English language skills (written and speaking) C2 level is a must.

Technical Qualifications

• Experience of 2 years or more in a Compliance role in the energy sector or Big Four.
• Proven track record of playing a leadership role in a work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (advancedExcel and PowerPoint is a must).
