About the company Autopay is expanding its solutions into international markets and building a sales structure in Spain. We are looking for a person who will take full responsibility for developing the business from scratch, build the pipeline, close the first contracts, and later establish a local BDM sales team.

This is a hands-on role at the beginning, with a clear path toward team building and scaling sales. About the role

At The Beginning

Your role as Country Sales Lead:

  • developing sales in the Spanish market,
  • building the pipeline and running end-to-end sales processes,
  • identifying partnerships and go-to-market channels,
  • collaborating with the product and marketing teams in Poland,
  • adapting the offering to the specifics of the Spanish market.

In The Next Stage

  • building and developing the BDM team in Spain,
  • defining sales strategy and targets,
  • managing the pipeline and forecasting,
  • developing key relationships with partners and enterprise clients,
  • scaling Autopay’s presence in the Southern Europe region, with a particular focus on Spain.

Requirements and skills we are looking for in a person hired for this role:

  • proven experience in B2B sales within the Spanish market,
  • background in selling fintech, payments, SaaS, or platform-based solutions (a strong plus),
  • ability to independently develop a market from the ground up,
  • readiness to operate in a hands-on capacity while shaping a scalable sales structure,
  • experience working with enterprise-level clients,
  • fluency in both Spanish and English.
